Permitted activities may include online casino, crypto casino, sports betting, poker, bingo, prediction markets, sweepstakes, lotteries and other approved interactive gaming products.
A standard license includes two approved domains and may be extended to a maximum of ten, subject to regulatory approval and applicable conditions.
For businesses supplying technology, products or services to gaming operators.
It may cover gaming platforms, aggregators, game studios, software developers, white-label solutions and other approved online gaming service providers.
Technical certification or additional supporting documentation may be requested depending on the products and services provided.
A master license structure for groups operating multiple independent gaming brands under centralized oversight.
One Principal License may support up to 15 independent B2C Operator permissions. Each Operator remains a separate legal entity and may operate up to ten approved domains.
Every Operator permission requires its own documentation, due diligence review and approval by the Tuvalu Gaming Authority.
The Principal License holder maintains central oversight and is responsible for ensuring that each Operator follows its approved AML, KYC, responsible gaming, complaints and operational policies.
Important: License availability, classification, permitted activities, domains and conditions are determined by the Tuvalu Gaming Authority following review of each application.

You describe the business, the markets and the brands. We confirm eligibility, the license type that fits and the commercial terms.
Fit-and-proper documents are collected: passport and utility bill for KYC, incorporation documents for KYB. We provide the templates and check the file before it goes anywhere.
The file goes to the Tuvalu Gaming Authority for pre-approval. Nothing is payable at this stage, so you find out whether you are approved before any fee falls due.
After pre-approval the application fee is paid and the full file is formally submitted to the Authority.
The Authority reviews the submission and issues the license, with your approved domains attached. Renewed annually.

Issued by the Tuvalu Gaming Authority in your company's name, for one year and renewable annually.
An official mark to display on your site, so players and partners can see the license at a glance.
Your company is published in the Authority's official register of licensed operators at tuvga.com, where anyone can check it.
